So far, lifted a 1400lb load nice and smooth. Unit is quiet in operation compared to a similar unit of a different brand. Only complaint is the control handle was damaged during shipping and some of the plastic was broken. The part that was broken did not house any electrical components and did not compromise the functioning of the hoist. It is a heavier unit, so it is no surprise that the packaging took some damage during shipping. Either packaging needs improvement or freight handlers need to be more careful.
